Energy and power meter for the solar system
How much energy does my solar system actually deliver? Are the solar modules shaded or dirty or is something wrong? To be able to answer these questions, VOTRONIC offers the LCD Solar Computer S, which is simply connected to the VOTRONIC solar charge controller of the SR and MPP series and immediately provides comprehensive information.
The LCD Solar Computer S can also be connected to the controller at a later date, as the VOTRONIC solar charge controllers are already prepared for this and provide the required signals. Thus, the connection is kept extremely simple.
clearly arranged and easy to operate by pressing a button, the measured values are shown on the display for better control and use of the solar system. The display is backlit (switchable) and very easy to read even from greater distances and in all lighting conditions.
Matching the VOTRONIC module system, the LCD Solar Computer S is designed as a panel version and fits in with the other display modules both optically and mechanically (uniform height 85 mm). Small front panel dimensions and the particularly low installation depth of only 22 mm allow installation in almost any location. If the device is not to be installed in a recessed position, an appropriate surface-mounting housing is available in our range of accessories. The connection to the solar controller is made ready to plug in by means of the supplied 5 m long connection cable, which can be extended by a further 5 m via an extension.
