3.1 Use of harmonized standards and technical specifications
Our website complies in part with:

The EN 301 549 titled “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services” is a European standard for digital accessibility.
- the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level A and AA.

5. Responsible market surveillance authority
To fulfill the tasks of the Accessibility Strengthening Act, the German federal states are currently establishing a joint authority.
The Market Surveillance Authority for Accessibility (MLBF) will be set up as a new public institution by June 28, 2025, in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt. This requires the ratification of the state treaty by all federal states.
