What is RECAYA?
RECAYA is made up of the words RElaxing for CAravaning and YAchting. We at RECAYA love to travel, preferably by boat or caravan. Nothing stands in the way of the perfect vacation, if only the sleeping comfort was like at home. This gave us an idea - sleeping comfort without compromise with our unique spiroplex neo sleeping system with the patented spiroplex spring technology.
What is behind the spiroplex spring technology?
The spiroplex spring technology was initially developed exclusively for medical applications and has become established in the care sector. An innovation that is now available to everyone who wants to sleep well when traveling. Our mattress base with spiroplex® spring technology offers heavenly sleeping comfort - regardless of body size and weight! The secret of comfort is the selective pressure relief. The spiroplex spring technology is based on elastic spring elements that are individually mounted and adapt to the body spring by spring. Traditional slatted frames are often too rigid or too flexible. With the spiroplex neo from RECAYA, the individual springs form a unit but move independently of each other. This provides optimum ergonomic support for the back and torso.
Materials
The choice of materials is based on decades of experience in polymer technology. The targeted use of high-performance plastics has enabled us to develop the ultra-light and durable spiroplex neo sleep system. The material for our spiroplex springs is characterized by its high strength and abrasion-resistant surface. It is particularly wear-resistant and has excellent dimensional stability.
Thanks to its high fatigue resistance, the outstanding suspension properties can be maintained over a long period of time. The ZiK-Zak connectors are characterized by their high elasticity and dynamic load-bearing capacity. The materials are selected in such a way that resilience and stability are maintained for many years. The spring elements of our spiroplex neo do not absorb moisture and ensure optimum ventilation of the mattress base.
