OGO Separating Toilet Compact Composting Toilet with Electric Agitator

The new OGO® separation toilet is the result of intensive development work. It combines the advantages of a composting toilet with maximum comfort, a modern look and very little space requirement.

The separation toilet offers an electric agitator as well as an LED that lights up when the fill level approaches the maximum. Like all high-quality separation toilets, the OGO® requires no water, no chemicals and is completely free of unpleasant odors.

Thanks to its cubic design and pure white finish, the OGO® is a true design object. The electric mixer no longer needs a crank and the separately removable solids container simplifies emptying. Like all our separation/composting toilets, the OGO® requires no water or chemicals and operates odor-free and environmentally friendly.

Not included in delivery:

Coconut brick, attachment bag and spray bottle. We recommend the ToMTuR starter kit to start using the separation toilet immediately!
External fan (cover), because each application requires a different fan. Common are e.g. gill plates in various sizes (if you have e.g. already an old feedthrough), for a new installation a size of approx. 6 cm diameter is sufficient.
A fly screen or a comparable solution with gauze would be recommended to make it impossible for insects to enter the ventilation hose.

Installation:
Supplied all the necessary parts, except:

External fan (cover), as each application requires a different fan. Common are e.g. gill plates in various sizes (e.g. if you already have an old duct), for a new installation a size of approx. 6 cm diameter is sufficient.
A fly screen or a comparable solution with gauze would be recommended to prevent insects from entering the ventilation hose. Installation instructions
Venting / Hose: For some installation variants longer hose lengths might be necessary. In these cases, we recommend extending the supplied hose with a standard HT pipe DN40. Even if it is not mandatory for the OGO®, it is recommended to always install a flexible piece of hose towards the toilet so that it can be pulled off for possible maintenance work. You can use the HT40 pipe as a wall duct. Cut it to the appropriate length (wall thickness + 5 cm) and glue it in place. You can now attach the hose to the inside of the vehicle. Alternatively, a flange can be used.

Floor construction: Depending on the floor construction you need appropriate screws (4 pieces). Our toilets come with 4 screws for wood as standard.

Power connection: Please be sure to provide a fuse with 10A and adequate cable cross-sections! If you want to operate the toilet on a 230 volt power supply (house connection), this can be done with the help of a power supply unit. You need a power supply 12V 10A with a hollow plug 5.5 mm x 2.5 mm, as used e.g. for monitors.

Version differences v2022 to v2023

New Timer:

The new timer is now NOT voltage sensitive and does NOT need to be fused against voltages above 12.8V. In addition, the new timer now allows the agitator button to start-stop if it is pressed again while the motor is running. If not, the motor will run as usual for up to 45 seconds, depending on the level of the solids tank.

New wiring harnesses:

Now allow easier handling for custom builds or spare parts installation.

New agitator linkage:

The new agitator linkage has been completely redesigned and is now CNC machined and much smoother running. As a result, the agitator no longer touches the tank and is significantly quieter.

Solid Flap Lever Safety Clips:

All levers are now protected against slipping with a safety clip. As a result, the solids flap always opens evenly and easily.

Gray opaque urine bottle:

The contents of the urine bottle are now no longer visible from the outside. This means that emptying the urine container is better protected from unpleasant glances.

revised fan housing:

The revised fan housing now allows even more air flow and thus better and more reliable drying of the solids container.
