Product description
Nigrin Zinc Spray is effective and resistant and designed for a long service life. And all this is achieved with just one application and without the need for a primer. Nigrin Zinc Spray renews the anti-rust coating after metalworking operations such as rust removal, welding, drilling or cutting
It has very good adhesive properties and leaves a fast-drying, smooth, pore-free protective layer that serves as a rust-protective primer for all further bodywork.
Protects derusted metals permanently
- Renews galvanized and hot-dip galvanized anticorrosive coatings after metal processing
- Protects against corrosion with excellent long-term effect
- Leaves a fast drying, smooth and non-porous protective layer
- Serves as a rust-protective primer for all further body work
- Substrate must be derusted, degreased (e.g. with Nigrin Silicone Remover), cleaned, dust-free and dry.
- Open cap of Nigrin Zinc Spray with screwdriver.
- Shake well before use.
- Spray on several thin coats at a distance of approx. 25 cm in a cross pattern, working generously.
- Shake can between coats. After each application, hold upside down and spray empty.
- Allow to dry. Dust dry: after 10 - 15 min at 20° C Touch dry: after approx. 30 min at 20° C
