Deuter hiking backpack AC lite 22 SL volume 22 liters

The comfortable backpack for day trips with a feather-light, maximally ventilated Aircomfort back system not only offers a very good weight-to-comfort ratio, but also has a spacious main compartment. There is also a smartphone pocket, elastic side pockets, lid compartments and loops on the outside of the backpack, which make stowing and attaching items and poles effortlessly easy. It is helmet net and hydration system compatible (up to 2 L) and has a removable rain cover.

SL Women's Fit
The women's specificity of the SL back length is already evident in the back length: on average, women do not have quite as long a back as men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than the standard Deuter backpacks. The carrying system is also specially adapted to the female anatomy.

Deuter Aircomfort
We focus on maximum ventilation for backpacks with small to medium volumes that are used on easier terrain. The indestructible core of the Aircomfort systems is the permanently elastic spring steel frame. It gives the airy special mesh its stable tension even under load, creating a ventilation space between the rucksack and back through which moist air can escape unhindered.

Material

• 600D PES REC BS
• 210D PA Recycled
  Sustainable: 50% of the yarn is made from recycled raw materials. The main material is made from bluesign-certified material.

D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D therefore corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very tear and abrasion resistant and hardly absorb any moisture.
PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

PFAS free
This deuter product is free from perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals. deuter is thus reducing the use of environmentally harmful substances that are harmful to health and the environment. PFAS is used as a coating for rain protection, among other things, as they have water, dirt and grease-repellent properties. Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
