Deuter Aircomfort
We focus on maximum ventilation for backpacks with a small to medium volume that are used on easier terrain. The indestructible heart of the Aircomfort systems is the permanently elastic spring steel frame. It gives the airy special mesh its stable tension even under load, creating a ventilation space between the rucksack and back through which moist air can escape unhindered.

  Sustainable: 50% of the yarn is made from recycled raw materials. The main material is made from bluesign® -certified material.

D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D therefore corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very tear and abrasion resistant and hardly absorb any moisture.
PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

PFAS free
This deuter product is free from perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals. deuter is thus reducing the use of environmentally harmful substances that are harmful to health and the environment. PFAS is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as they have water, dirt and grease-repellent properties. Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
