The Adventure is just the thing when we want to spontaneously leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind us on the weekend. Fun and uncomplicated handling are clearly in the foreground here. With the Adventure roof tent, your vehicle is transformed into your own motorhome! Because the Adventure roof tent unfolds in seconds into an amazingly comfortable living space full of different uses. The huge sleeping area with a high-quality and comfortable mattress can be reached easily via the ladder supplied. The entrance is of course covered. During the drive into the countryside (or into the blue) the roof tent, shrunk to a package, is hardly noticeable on the car.
Panorama window:
To enjoy the view from a lofty height, the "Adventure" roof tent has large windows all around. All windows are equipped with a very fine, robust mosquito net, a weather protection that can be closed from the inside, as well as special canopies that allow ventilation even in heavy rain. Unique are the two tinted panorama roof windows, which allow a view of the stars at night or illuminate the tent during the day. For late sleepers, the roof windows naturally have a fabric cover that can be closed from the inside.
Interior:
Organizers inside the tent on the left and right side for stowing small utensils, large comfortable sleeping area for the absolute feel-good atmosphere. Integrated hooks in the ceiling allow you to hang a lamp.
The Adventure has enough space to simply leave the bedding in the tent when folding it up.
Robust material:
The tent fabric is made of a very high-quality 300 g blended fabric, also known as sailcloth or canvas. The fibre is a textile work of art made of cotton and polyester and combines the advantages of a natural fibre with those of a modern high-tech material. The result is a strong, breathable fabric with a pleasant feel and great dimensional stability. The tent fabric, which is also used by the military, is impregnated and extra tear-resistant. All seams are made with special thread that expands after the first contact with water and seals any seam holes.
Tropical roof:
The tropical roof made of polyester fabric (400D) with honeycomb structure keeps out the sun's rays and provides shade thanks to the air layer between the roof and the tent, thus ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in very hot regions.
Ladder:
The sleeping area can be easily reached via the height-adjustable ladder supplied.
Robust base / sturdy poles:
The tent base consists of a glass-fibre reinforced thermoplastic honeycomb floor. This design is characterized by high flexural strength with extremely low weight and excellent flatness - perfect for the car roof.
The poles of the tents are made of strong anodised aluminium and special stainless steel components. This modern surface finish offers high corrosion protection and a pleasant feel.
Mattress:
The extra comfortable king-size mattress with PVC membrane moisture protection has a generous sleeping surface of 165 x 240 cm and is therefore ideally suited for 2-3 people. The integrated mattress underlay ensures optimum underfloor ventilation and additional comfort.
Cover:
The cover sheet (600 g) is made of a particularly hard-wearing, thick all-weather PVC material.
Easy assembly:
Thanks to its low weight, the Adventure can be easily lifted onto the car roof like a roof box with just two people and attached to the crossbar with the enclosed fastening clips.
Will the roof tent fit on my car and what do I need to install it?
The roof tent can be mounted on almost any vehicle that has a dynamic roof load of at least 50 kg. You only need 2 crossbars / load carriers. The roof tent is then attached to the crossbars / load carriers with the enclosed mounting material. A mounting DIRECTLY on a roof rail is not recommended, because the distance to the roof is very small and the U-bolts can cause scratches. So you will need cross braces / load carriers even with a roof railing.
Roof load?
For most vehicles, the roof load is between 50-100 kg, but this figure refers to the load while driving. When stationary, the weight acting on the roof may even be significantly higher
