Product description
More than 70 percent of all new vehicles today will be equipped with an engine start/stop function in order to achieve the CO2 reduction targets at EU level with sustainable fuel savings and emission reductions. In these environmentally friendly vehicles, two different systems of starter batteries are basically used: AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) and EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery). The use of the appropriate technology depends essentially on the fuel and CO2 savings to be achieved.
AGM technology is used primarily in start/stop systems with maximum energy consumption and brake energy recovery. The Running Bull AGM battery is the ideal solution for medium and luxury class vehicles.
Technical data and information:
- Valve regulated fleece battery (VRLA)
- Range of 5 types from 60 Ah to 105 Ah capacity
- Double cycle stability compared to the Energy Bull long-term discharge battery: highest classification E4/M3 according to EN 50342-1
- Triple cycle stability compared to conventional starter batteries: highest classification E4/M3 according to EN 50342-1
- Leak-proof thanks to electrolyte bound in the glass fleece (Absorbent Glass Mat)
- Absolutely maintenance-free thanks to recombination technology
- Highest vibration resistance V3 according to EN 50342-1
- Highest starting performance thanks to very low internal resistance
- Installation in lateral position possible (max. 90° inclination angle)
- Flexible use as starter and on-board battery

Please note: since our deliveries may contain batteries (single-use and rechargeable),
according to the German Law on Batteries (BattG) we must advise you of the following:
single-use and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of along with domestic waste, but rather you are legally required to return used batteries. Used batteries may contain damaging substances which, if not stored or disposed of appropriately, may damage the environment or your health. Batteries may, however, also contain important raw materials, such as, for example, iron, zion, magnesium or nickel, which can be recycled. Once used, you may either send the batteries back to us, or return them in
your vicinity (e.g. at the shop, communal recycling points or at our expedition warehouse) - free of charge. When returning used batteries to points of sale, the quantity you are allowed to return is limited to the quantity typical for a single end user, and to those batteries which the seller offers or used to offer in their product range.
The symbol with a rubbish bin crossed out means that you must not dispose of single-use and rechargeable batteries
along with the domestic waste. Underneath this symbol you will also find the following symbols which have the following
meanings:
Pb: battery contains lead
Cd: battery contains cadmium
Hg: battery contains mercury
