How the dry toilet works
The bag toilet is one of the dry toilets because no water is needed when using it. Either a foldable frame or a bucket can be used as a toilet bowl. A bag is hung in it to collect the droppings. Solid and liquid matter can then be absorbed and pooled by an absorbent pad or some kind of substrate, such as bark mulch or coconut fibre. This prevents the formation of odours. If you use the bag only once, you can do without litter. The full toilet bag with the excrements can finally be disposed of with the residual or household waste.Environmentally friendly toilet
A dry toilet is the comfortable and practical solution for all campers in tents, caravans, motorhomes and also on boats, in gardens and at festivals. They are particularly environmentally friendly, as no water or sanitary additives are needed. As a simple toilet, dry toilets can be set up without any installation effort and are therefore a practical and inexpensive alternative to chemical toilets.
