„At 50 kilograms, the roof tent is easy for two people to carry. With the roof tent fitted, we were able to drive into the underground garage without any problems.“

„You get to grips with the tricks very quickly. Then it's super fast and with a little practice, closing and opening is even possible with just one person.“

„Stability depended on the surface. In this case, we were standing on grass. It was sometimes difficult to find the right ladder height with the help of the steps' clip mechanism. However, this may improve with a little practice.“
Wie bequem ist die Matratze? Wie gut hast du geschlafen?
„The mattress was comfortable, but a little too thin for my taste. If I were to sleep on it for longer, I would get a topper because I think the mattress would otherwise sag quickly. Nevertheless, I slept well.“
Wie beurteilst du das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Berger CampLodge II Dachzeltes?
„The roof tent is inexpensive for what it offers. I haven't found another roof tent this cheap.“
Würdest du das Berger CampLodge II Dachzelt weiterempfehlen?
„Yes, definitely, but more for short campers. For longer (>1 week) stays I would miss a few add-ons. (Lower canopy, thicker mattress, simpler ladder...)“
Overall impression:
„I really liked the spaciousness for 1 person, the extremely quick folding and unfolding of the tent and the LED strip inside, the well distributed windows, cords, pockets, etc..... The tent is just right for 1-2 people.

„The roof tent was tested intensively by our whole family. Our daughter claimed it as "her nursery" from the very first time we set it up.
It has also served me well as a place to sleep at parties and has been a great addition to the caravan on vacation.“

Wie war dein erster Eindruck von dem Berger Dachzelt?
„The roof tent makes a very stable impression. Due to its weight, it can definitely only be pitched by 2 adults without any aids.
It is very well made and guaranteed us a dry place to sleep even in the heavy rain.“
Wie zufrieden bist du mit Gewicht und Packmaß?
„The packing material and weight are therefore exactly as expected. The roof tent is certainly not a lightweight, but with a load capacity of 300 kg this was not to be expected. You should also think about a good place to store it before you buy it.

„We like the design of the roof tent. The light gray interior is inviting and cosy.“

„Installation is very easy thanks to 4 brackets that are screwed onto the base carrier. It is tightened without tools - just hand-tight. As with many JetBags, I would have preferred a screw fastening with torque.“
Wie leicht lässt sich das Dachzelt öffnen und schließen?
„The tent is surprisingly quick and easy to put up and take down. 2 straps hold the tent together under the tarpaulin. Once these are removed, the tent can be pitched using the ladder as a lever. The entrance area is then set up using 2 poles and the night can begin. Fly nets and rain protection are provided for all windows and can be easily opened and closed separately using a zipper.“
Wie stabil steht die Leiter des Dachzeltes auf dem Boden?
„The roof tent is absolutely stable. When setting up the ladder, it is only important that the ground is level and that it is not set up on a slope or incline. The height of the ladder can also be adjusted very easily. The instructions could describe better how exactly the ladder is set up. Once set up, however, it is no longer a problem and is self-explanatory.“
Wie bequem ist die Matratze? Wie gut hast du geschlafen?
„The mattress is surprisingly thick and very comfortable. You can sleep well on it. It can also be removed via a zipper, making it easy to clean. The fabric is comfortable and does not necessarily require a blanket or sleeping bag in between.“
Wie beurteilst du das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Berger CampLodge II Dachzeltes?
„The Berger CampLodge roof tent offers excellent value for money. Even though roof tents are generally more expensive than conventional tents, the sleeping space that can be created quickly is certainly worth it. We enjoyed not being on the ground, but (especially important in heavy rain) on the roof of the car.“

„I would definitely recommend the Berger roof tent. If you are looking for a flexible, uncomplicated and yet comfortable place to sleep, this is the right choice.“

„Once mounted on the roof, the roof tent is a great and quick sleeping option. As an additional room - in combination with the caravan - it is also a real enrichment, especially for our children. It is also quick to set up and the mattress is really comfortable.“
