Stand-up paddling is more than just a trend. Because the locomotion with SUP board and paddle increases fitness and balance. All SUP-Boards available at Fritz Berger are inflatable (also called soft boards) and are delivered together with an air pump. This makes the boards particularly comfortable to handle and transport to the water is possible even with a small transport volume. The inflatable SUPs including paddles are packed in a practical backpack.

Inflatable all-round boards for beginners

For beginners we recommend a so-called Allround-Board. Due to their wide shape these SUP boards allow safe standing and convince beginners with their particularly good price/performance ratio.
In order for the SUP to lie perfectly on the water, it must be filled with the specified air pressure. Each SUP is equipped with a removable fin to facilitate manoeuvring. All SUP boards have a central valve through which the air chamber is filled. Those who find manual pumping with the supplied air pump too tedious can buy a comfortable electric air pump as an accessory at Berger Camping.

Inflatable boats and kayaks are also popular with water sports enthusiasts. Inflatable boats are characterised above all by their versatility of use. The inflatable boats can be easily transported to the water and inflated on the shore. Inflatable boats are suitable for leisure activities as bathing boats or also for fishing or for bird watching from the water. Inflatable boats: Air chambers with check valves

High-quality inflatable boats have valves with non-return flap on their air chambers. These 2-way screw valves, called Boston valves on Sevylor inflatable boats, ensure that no air can escape when the air pump is removed. To deflate, the whole valve is opened, to fill the air chamber, only the upper valve cover is opened.
Light inflatable boats weigh around 15 kilos, depending on the size of the boat. However, the stability often increases with weight, as heavier inflatable boats are made of thicker and therefore more robust rubber. At
