Delivery date - When will my order arrive?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number of the transport service provider. Unfortunately, when the shipment is handed over to the transport service provider, our influence on the delivery ends. Therefore we cannot give you any binding delivery dates after the handover of your shipment.
With which transport service providers do we deliver?
We work together with the transport service providers DHL, DPD, Austrian Post and various forwarding agents.
Will my shipment still arrive?
Very important for you: Yes!
All orders are recorded in our system and are processed by our shipping department after receipt of the order.
Can I make changes to my current order?
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, you can still change the delivery address, shipping method or even the articles and quantities in your order. For this purpose you must contact our customer service by telephone.
Can I name an alternative product?
Yes, if an article from your order is not available due to production and delivery backlog on the part of the manufacturer, you can choose between the following options:
- Waiting for availability of the article
- Modification of your order (alternative articles)
- Cancellation of the article in arrears
Is it possible that my goods are not available?
Although we are in an excellent position with regard to the availability of goods, it is quite possible that articles are out of stock for a short time due to high demand, or that some articles are completely sold out. In addition, the effects of short-time work at some manufacturers in the industry are still being clearly felt, which is why delivery dates may be postponed several times. We will inform you about this with the corresponding cover letter.
Returns & Refund
We do everything to make returns as comfortable as possible for you and enclose a free return label with every order. After receipt of the goods, we usually refund your payment within 7 working days or carry out your exchange.
Why was only part of my order delivered?
This can have various causes:
- The article is temporarily out of stock at the main warehouse and will be delivered free of charge
- The article will be shipped from another warehouse or has a different delivery time
- The article is in arrears
- The article will be sent to you as a direct delivery from the manufacturer
In any case, none of the items you ordered will be lost. If something should no longer be available/available, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
