- Equalization function (IUIU charging characteristic can be activated manually for cell equalization charging)
- Intelligent microprocessor control takes into account the simultaneous co-powering of consumers on the battery
- Automatic battery regeneration during long idle periods (twice a week)
- Compensation of voltage losses on the charging cables for exact compliance with the charging voltages
- Disconnection of the batteries in case of mains failure, overheating, malfunction (safety switch per charge output)
- Silent-run function adjustable (night setback)
- Power supply function allows consumers to continue operation and data retention e.g. when changing batteries
- Electronics protected against moisture
- Variable installation position
- Battery capacity can be set 4 times (16 charging programs in total)
- Input for sensor (sense) lines, usable for overlong charging lines
- Separate signal output +86 for engine start inhibit with vehicle mains connection
- Voltage compensation for external diode charging current distributor selectable (+ 0.63V)
- Mains/charging power reducible in case of low-power or limited mains supply, e.g. weakly fused shore power, generator operation etc. (power limit function)
- 1 "Gel": Charging program for gel batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3: Tuned to sealed, gas-tight gel/dryfit batteries with fixed electrolyte, which generally require a higher charge voltage level and longer U1 holding times to achieve short charge times with particularly high capacity storage and to avoid long-term battery "starvation".
- 2 "AGM": charging program for AGM/non-woven batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3: Intended for charging sealed, gas-tight AGM (Absorbent-Glass-Mat) batteries in lead-fleece technology, which require a particularly high U1 level with coordinated holding times for full charging and then a moderate U2 level for charge retention (plate and round cell technology).
- 3 Charging program 3 "DIN 0510" for lead-acid/wet batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3: General DIN characteristic for charging and charge retention of open and closed lead-acid batteries with removable cell plugs and the possibility of acid level control and acid level correction (maintenance). Also applicable for closed batteries low maintenance, maintenance free, low antimony, silver alloy, calcium etc. with low or very low water consumption. Provides with high U1 level short charging times, high charging factor and high acid mixing, even in dormant (stationary) use (acid stratification) for "wet" traction, lighting, solar, heavy duty and standard batteries.
- 5 "MOTOR": charging program for lead-acid/wet batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3: characteristic similar to alternator/generator for moving (mobile) use (acid stratification) with particularly low maintenance (battery gassing, water consumption). Charging and charge maintenance of starter batteries in emergency vehicles, according to an earlier proposal of the Fire Service Standards Committee (FNFW). For conventional standard starter batteries, starter batteries "Absolutely maintenance-free", "Maintenance-free according to EN", "Maintenance-free according to DIN", "Maintenance-free", "Low maintenance".

Note
Please note: since our deliveries may contain batteries (single-use and rechargeable),
according to the German Law on Batteries (BattG) we must advise you of the following:
single-use and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of along with domestic waste, but rather you are legally required to return used batteries. Used batteries may contain damaging substances which, if not stored or disposed of appropriately, may damage the environment or your health. Batteries may, however, also contain important raw materials, such as, for example, iron, zion, magnesium or nickel, which can be recycled. Once used, you may either send the batteries back to us, or return them in
your vicinity (e.g. at the shop, communal recycling points or at our expedition warehouse) - free of charge. When returning used batteries to points of sale, the quantity you are allowed to return is limited to the quantity typical for a single end user, and to those batteries which the seller offers or used to offer in their product range.
The symbol with a rubbish bin crossed out means that you must not dispose of single-use and rechargeable batteries
along with the domestic waste. Underneath this symbol you will also find the following symbols which have the following
meanings:
Pb: battery contains lead
Cd: battery contains cadmium
Hg: battery contains mercury
