Product description
The MANDAPA Vis-à-Vis family tent comes up with some advantages. On the one hand, the two separate, opposite sleeping areas - hence the name Vis-à-Vis - create a more undisturbed night's rest. On the other hand the connecting central construction with 1,90 height already has standing height. Good conditions also for a 6-headed family or with the circle of friends longer on journeys to go, and this with the good feeling to have thought of nature. Because this tent is by using 100% recycled polyester, which was made from PET bottles, a first step towards sustainability. The outer tent with distinctive pattern embossing, the inner cabins and the pack sack are made of 100% recycled polyester. The floor is made of polyethylene film and forms a complete unit with the inner tents. In conjunction with the fine mesh fabric, optimum ventilation is nevertheless ensured, with simultaneous protection from crawling and flying insects. The PE film floor also provides good protection against moisture. MANDAPA is the ideal tent if you value comfort and sustainability when camping. Polyester made from 100% recycled PET bottles.

The water column provides information about the material tightness. To determine the millimetre value, 10 cm of fabric is stretched under a measuring cylinder and the cylinder is filled with water from above. The limit value at which water droplets press through the material is the maximum water column. In Germany, a tent outer material is considered waterproof from 1500 mm.
