Product description
A stable Internet connection is often a challenge in a motorhome or caravan. Selfsat offers three solutions (Selfsat MWR 5550 (article number: 767044), MWR 4524 (article number: 324016), MWR 4550) for WLAN coverage on the road.
These routers can be operated via the 12-volt on-board power supply and receive WLAN or mobile network signals from outside in order to broadcast them in the vehicle as private WLAN. An external antenna ensures good reception and can pick up both Wi-Fi and mobile network signals.Installation is simple and the antenna is dust and waterproof. The connection to the router is established via QR codes or WLAN name and password. Operation is user-friendly and does not require a separate app.
The router supports logging into campsite Wi-Fi with a login page (Captive Portal), GPS tracking of the motorhome, installation of VPNs for streaming abroad and is Starlink compatible.
