The Optimus Svea stove is a cult classic for climbers and mountaineers who want to be fast and light.
Its simple design made of almost bulletproof brass (only for pure gasoline!) makes it extremely robust. The cover doubles as a cooking pot. There are no loose parts to get lost. The spindle handle can be used as a tool for minor repairs.
A built-in cleaning needle ensures that the flame burns reliably and dinner simmers along continuously. The ideal stove for high alpine solo trips or anytime you need to pack light.
