These supplementary mirrors from Milenco have been developed with the aim of ensuring the best possible, vibration-free view of your trailer.The mirrors comply with international standards and the legal regulations of all EU member states. They also comply with the current pedestrian safety regulation, whereby the design concept, among other things, considerably minimises the risk of injury in dangerous situations.
All mounting screws on the Milenco touring mirror are made of stainless steel and are screwed into a corrosion-resistant brass thread. All Aero mirrors are equipped with chrome safety glass, which prevents premature glass opacity.
The innovative mounting system of the Aero 3 series has been further developed accordingly and has a much firmer and more stable hold as well as an improved adaptation to the original mirror thanks to the versatile clamping system. The flexible clamping system now allows easy adjustment of the additional mirrors to all vehicle types whose original mirrors are characterised by a slanted flange, such as 2016 Land Rover, Jaguar and BMW models. The innovative mount provides more flexibility and safety, and is specifically designed to allow easy adaptation to current vehicle models, such as all 1995-2016 models, 4x4 and minivans. The mounting system is simple and is based on the knurling wheels mounted on a tilting axis, which enables the clamping handles to optimally and flexibly adapt to the contours of the original mirror and to allow mounting which caters for individual requirements. The innovative rubber seal provides a better grip on the output mirror and minimises the risk of damage and the involuntary loss of sealing elements while driving. The clever mounting system eliminates the need for the additional installaiton of attachment straps.
The aerodynamic design of the mirror head directs airflow around the mirror while driving and is the key factor that gives the mirror its exceptional stability.To ensure the best possible visual quality, the model has been extensively tested, including at high speeds of up to 250 km/h (155 m/h).The design ensures superior performance and minimal susceptibility in high wind conditions and strong lateral draught from passing trucks.
