Luis 7” HD System with Shutter Camera

The LUIS 7''-HD system was developed especially for trucks, commercial vehicles, motor homes and vehicles from the professional sector such as excavators and construction vehicles, combine harvesters and tractors. A special feature here is the shutter camera. The automatically closing cover is an additional protection for the camera against dirt, rain and snow. The notorious "blind spot" has repeatedly led to life-threatening accidents. The driver must be able to see the areas behind, in front of and to the sides of the vehicle. This is where the LUIS 7''-HD system comes in, which has an extra anti-reflective screen to ensure a one hundred percent view despite glare and high ambient brightness. The high quality shockproof mount, as well as the robust construction of the reversing system allows it to be used even in the most difficult conditions. The monitor automatically adjusts to the external lighting conditions. Depending on the requirements of the LUIS 7''-HD system, auxiliary lines for easy maneuvering can be displayed via the multilingual menu.

The camera with powder-coated aluminum die-cast housing is thus protected from dirt and water. In addition, next to the shutter, a heater is installed for adverse weather conditions. The appealing 7" HD display as well as the salt water resistant cables are also highly developed products. Nothing stands in the way of connecting up to three rear view cameras.
