Polyurethane (PU) is a soft synthetic material with very good cushioning properties and is therefore usually used in the midsole. The PU content makes the soles light and flexible in their function.

Thanks to their application-specific properties, our natural and synthetic textiles enable optimum heat and moisture management. Due to their structural composition, they are supple and ensure that our products are extremely comfortable to wear.

Synthetic textiles made from artificial fibers such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene or elastane (Lycra) are mainly used as applications in the form of design elements or to protect the upper due to their abrasion and tear resistance.

Approx. 50% Memolatex
Memolatex is made of very soft latex foam. In addition to its lightness, Memolatex is also characterized by its supportive effect in the natural rolling movement of the foot and is therefore mostly used in shoe insoles. Memolatex also individually surrounds the foot and therefore offers a high comfort factor.

Approx. 45% felt
Felt is a textile fabric that is made up of disordered fibers that are difficult to separate. The textile structure is characterized by its high elasticity and insulating properties, making it particularly suitable for use in footwear as a component of insoles and as an insulating partition.
