Product description
Homey's Vitt series bread knife, suitable for heavy crust cuts, is different from an ordinary bread knife. The handle is made of next generation wheatgrass fibers. The wheat fibers are reinforced with polymer resin through a special production process. This is not the polymer resin we are familiar with, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals or harmful ingredients such as bisphenol-A.
