In the meantime, I made another enquiry by phone and they helped me.... however, I had to order the product again, send back the wrong delivery and at some point I got my money back.... extremely inconvenient, what a shame" "Das Produkt an sich ist sehr gut, Dankeschön. Erste Zustellung war allerdings das falsche Produkt, schriftliche Anfrage dauerte allerdings über drei Wochen bis zu einer Reaktion! In der Zwischenzeit habe ich telefonisch noch einmal angefragt, da wurde mir geholfen.... allerdings musste ich das Produkt noch einmal bestellen, die Fehllieferung zurücksenden und bekam irgendwann das Geld zurück überwiesen.... schon extrem umständlich, schade "
