Good in this price range is the introduction of interior lighting. The space utilization is worse: The drip tray protrudes very far into the usable space and had to be shortened to 2/3 of the depth before we could accommodate what also fit into the old model.. Secondly, the noise development with gas operation: The old cooling unit ran practically noiselessly and even had almost better cooling performance than the new one - we were able to freeze the cold packs in the freezer overnight ( at comparable outside temperatures) more evenly and better than now. The remedy is now an electric ventilation fan, but it makes additional noise... Conclusion: Worse improvements should not occur in this price range.." "Wir haben damit das weitgehend baugleiche Vorgängermodell ersetzt, bei dem zu Schluss nur noch die Gasfunktion ging - die aber sehr gut und vor allem viel, viel leiser, als beim neuen Modell! Gut ist in dieser Preisklasse die Einführung der Innenraumbeleuchtung. Schlechter die Raumausnutzung: Die Abtropfschale ragt sehr weit in den Nutzraum vor und musste erst auf 2/3 der Tiefe gekürzt werden, bevor wir das unterbringen konnten, was genauso auch ins alte Modell passte… Zweitens die Gräuschentwicklung bei Gasbetrieb: Das alte Kühlaggregat lief praktisch geräuschlos und hatte sogar eine fast bessere Kühlleistung als das Neue - wir konnten die Kühlakkus im Gefrierfach über Nacht ( bei vergleichbaren Außentemperaturen) gleichmäßiger und besser gefrieren, als jetzt. Abhilfe schafft jetzt ein elektrischer Lüftungsventilator, der aber zusätzlichen Lärm macht… Fazit: Verschlimmbesserungen sollten in dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen…"
