The Aircontact back system with Air Spacer Mesh and large ventilation channel, the comfortable shoulder straps, the movable hip fins and the ergonomic lumbar pad ensure a high level of comfort and optimum load distribution. A large, J-shaped front opening provides quick and easy access to the contents of the backpack. In addition, the removable 3-liter hip fin pockets offer more volume for personal items. There is also space for drinking bottles up to 1.5 liters in a fold-out pocket.

Back-friendly spacer fabric combines three functions: Comfort, cushioning and ventilation. The respective volume sizes of the backpacks can be optimized to the individual size of the wearer and are very comfortable to carry thanks to the adjustable back length of the VariSlide system, the precisely fitting VariFlex hip fins and the movable ActiveFit shoulder straps.

D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D therefore corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

PFAS free
This deuter product is free from perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals. deuter is thus reducing the use of environmentally harmful substances that are harmful to health and the environment. PFAS is used as a coating for rain protection, among other things, as they have water, dirt and grease-repellent properties. Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
