When the engine is at a standstill, disconnection of on-board battery and starter battery | Integrated suppression diode for suppressing inductive voltages |
Product description
Ensures that the on-board battery is disconnected from the starter battery when the engine is at a standstill. This prevents the starter battery from being discharged via the on-board consumers and thus no longer having enough power to start the engine.
If the engine is then started and the alternator delivers charging current, the cut-off relay ensures that the on-board battery is recharged in parallel via the alternator.
Suppression diode for suppression of inductive voltages is integrated
Control via D+ or D+ simulator. The relay is also suitable for control via the battery computers MT 4000 or MT 5000 iQ.
