"The awning is easy to put up if you already have experience with awnings. Unfortunately, the instructions are not particularly helpful for someone without experience in pitching. Even for me with experience, the use of the long pole (4-piece) is unclear. I have found out where the pole goes in the channel, but how to use it is beyond my understanding." "Das Vorzelt lässt sich einfach aufstellen wenn man schon Erfahrung mit Vorzelten hat. Leider ist die Anleitung für jemanden ohne Erfahrung beim Aufbau nicht besonders hilfreich . Sogar für mich mit Erfahrung ist die Verwendung der langen Stange (4teilig) unklar. Die Position in welchen Kanal die Stange kommt habe ich herausgefunden, aber die Verwendung entschließt sich meinem Verständnis."

None of the employees were able to say when the product would be dispatched, even though it was in stock. It took what felt like the 10th call to the head office to get through to the stores. The head office is not always aware that you can do ClickToGo. However, the head office is not aware that a few stores do not participate in ClickToGo. The stock is viewed by the head office, but the customer cannot order the stock via ClickToGo because the store selection is missing. If you are still waiting for an item before going on vacation, the whole thing is very nerve-wracking and costs a lot of energy. Der Kundenservice von Berger ist verbesserungsfähig. Die versprochenen '1-2 Arbeitstage versandfertig' wurden nicht gehalten. Es konnte auch keiner der Mitarbeiter sagen, wann eine Versendung stattfindet, obwohl das Produkt auf Lager war. Eine Durchstellung zu den Filialen war erst beim gefühlt 10. Anruf in der Zentrale möglich. In der Zentrale ist auch nicht durchgehend bekannt, daß man ClickToGo machen kann. Allerdings ist es in der Zentrale nicht bekannt, daß ein paar Filialen am ClickToGo nicht teilnehmen. Der Bestand wird von der Zentrale eingesehen, der Kunde kann aber den Bestand über ClickToGo nicht bestellen, da die Auswahl der Filiale fehlt. Wenn man vor seinem Urlaub noch auf einen Artikel wartet, ist das ganze schon sehr nervenaufreibend und kostet viel Energie. Ich hoffe, daß ich nun zeitnah für den nicht mehr benötigten und bereits zurückgeschickten Online-Artikel das Geld zurückbekomme."

"A great tent that is quick to set up once you've done it a few times. The instructions are laughable and incomplete. How the tunnel is built, the company does not describe as a precaution. But after setting up twice, everything really goes very quickly. The tent offers a lot of space and many variants for the entrance. Maybe you can attach the tunnel to the tent with a zipper, then the installation of the keder rail is easier." "Ein tolles Zelt, dass schnell aufgebaut ist, wenn man es ein paar Mal gemacht hat. Die Anleitung ist lachhaft und unvollständig. Wie der Tunnel aufgebaut wird, beschreibt die Firma vorsichtshalber nicht. Aber nach zweimaligen Aufbau geht alles wirklich sehr schnell. Das Zelt bietet sehr viel Platz und viele Varianten für den Eingang. Vielleicht kann man den Tunnel mit einem Reißverschluss am Zelt befestigen, dann ist die Montage der Kederschiene einfacher."

Der Aufbau ist wenn man zunächst die Ventil gefunden hat einfach umsetzbar genauso wie der Abbau. Es fehlen Leider Schnüre zum ausstellen des Fotos. Das in Sylt habe ich zwar, warum, aber noch nicht verwendet. Die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, das Zelt an der Markise zu befestigen, ermöglichen einen einfachen Aufbau. Für einen Kemper braucht man allerdings eine Leiter."

Diese könnte etwas präziser sein, da manche Teile nicht zugeordnet werden konnten und daher nicht benutzt wurden. Das Material der Abspannbänder könnte etwas besser sein, diese sind nach einmal benutzen ausgeblichen und leicht ausgeleihert."
