„We cleaned our waste holding tank with Fritz Berger Tank Cleaner.“

Bei welchen Außentemperaturen fand der Test statt?

„The cleaning took place in October at the start of the winter season to get ready for hibernation. It was around 10 degrees outside during the cleaning.“

„The first impression was good. The bottle contains all the information you need. The pictogram tells you exactly what the cleaner can be used for“

Wie leicht lässt sich der Tank Cleaner dosieren?

„Dosing was very easy, as the liquid can be dosed directly from the bottle using a small "window" and unit of measurement indicator. We used the cleaner according to the instructions. The bottle contains one liter of liquid. For the waste tank, use 100 ml per 5 liters of warm water. For the gray water tank, use 100 ml per 10 liters of warm water. So there are quite a few applications in there.“

„The smell is relatively neutral. I would say it smells like a fresh bathroom.“

Wie sauber wurde der Tank nach der Anwendung?

„Briefly about the conditions under which we use our mobile home toilet: Our cassette is about 2 years old. We use it to the full on our trips and always use chemical additives. We empty the cassette regularly, after two days at the latest. We let the cleaner soak in overnight and also swivel the cassette from time to time after filling it. The next day, we poured out the cleaning solution and rinsed it several times with clear water. The result was really great. We often have problems with odors from the cassette (even when it has been cleaned). It no longer smells at all. That's what we wanted. If you look inside the cassette, you can still find a few deposits - but it looks more as if this has already gone into the plastic. Depending on the degree of soiling, the cleaner can also be used twice in succession. However, we were more than satisfied with the first result.“

Würdest du das den Berger Fresh Tank Cleaner nach dem Test weiterempfehlen?

„Absolutely recommendable. We've already tried everything. All the tricks you read about and learn when you talk to fellow campers about the toilet issue. So far, we haven't achieved such a good result. The next cleaning with it will now be in the gray water tank.“

„Absolutely effective cleaner for the waste-holding tank. Very easy to use - as the bottle also has an integrated dosage container. Application takes a maximum of 10 minutes with preparation and follow-up (without soaking time). We have found our product and will not use any other.“
